Sunset Properties is based on the South of the Island. We live and manage the company from here in Tenerife. Your property is our business, and we will work hard for you and your investment. 

You may just be looking for a company to oversee your property when you are absent or to manage your holiday rentals throughout the year. We can provide this essential service for you.

We will clean and prepare the property ready for you or your guests. All our contact details are left in the property and we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week ensuring your guests are easily able to contact us should any issues occur.

The cleanliness of the property is paramount. The property is cleaned to a high standard and we clean the balconies, ALL windows, cooker, fridge, freezer and fans as well as pull out all the furniture to clean behind. The linen for your apartment can be kept in our lock up which is secure, and clean, or you can keep it in a lockable cupboard in your apartment. We use a professional laundry service for all linen and towels.

We will inform you if any maintenance is required and have a reliable trustworthy pool of builders and handy men to call on.

We can also market the property for you on our own website as well as other leading holiday rentals sites.  You may not want small children in the property or hen or stag parties. We aim to match each rental enquiry to suitable accommodation whilst at the same time ensuring we meet your own requirements. We want to ensure that guests want to come back again and again.

We will take a non refundable deposit from the guests with full and final payment due 8 weeks before the guests fly. We arrange all payments and then credit your account the day the guests arrive. We can keep the money safe for you here or pay into your bank account.

We are happy to place a welcome pack in the apartment consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water for a small additional charge. If your guests are arriving late at night this can be very beneficial.
