Full Description: The apartment has a patio terrace with four lounger chairs and table. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both have wardrobes and bedside cabinets. A key operated safe for your valuables can be found in the bedroom. The bedrooms are side by side have a lockable patio door with curtains between them, both have their own door from each of the bedrooms into the lounge. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The large dining/lounge area benefits from air conditioning and has a settee, chair, dining table and chairs as well as a tv with Satellite Television (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4, C5 and Sky News), a DVD player and a Hifi system.
The bathroom consitst of a bath with shower overhead, toilet, handbasin and a washing machine.
The apartment is located at the front of the complex on the ground floor, with easy access from the main entrance making it suitable for wheel chair users. It has a terrace with a garden affording some privacy from the road. The two refurbished swimming pool areas are a short distance from the front door of the apartment. There are steps leading down to the main pool area and some steps lead up to the top pool. There are no lifts in the complex. A large number of sun loungers are situated in both pool areas.
The terrace, lounge and the outer bedroom all benefit from the pleasant afternoon and evening sunshine and the sun stays on the terrace and lounge until sunset. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans for cooling during the hot weather and the lounge has air conditioning.
